In this recap of the stabilized Cottonwood Bark blanks we cast on Dunkin’ Junk! Live, I go through the casting and turning of the blanks. I made a mistake while pouring the resin, but luckily in the end the blanks turned out pretty decent.
The Cottonwood Bark turned nicely with no problem. They were odd shaped pieces that I embedded in the resin cut out on my bandsaw. The interesting shapes made for some really cool effects in the blanks.
Make sure to check out my Tools I Use page to find links to all the tools I use for turning and casting. I am constantly updating and adding to the list.
